Ken Sloan of Mistletoe, Max Patton of Rothvale or Keith Tulloch of Keith Tulloch Wines join your guests for the evening to enjoy a dinner in the Hunter Valley with one of these fantastic Wine Makers or Vignerons. Please see below our sample Wine Makers dinner menu. This is a fun night with the Wine Option Game played between main course and dessert; an opportunity for both the novice and knowledgeable to learn about our local wine region, wine making in general and the art of marrying wine with food! Ken, Max or Keith spend the evening with your group; with the only charge for their services being the cost of their dinner. Entree is served with 3 white wines, main course with at least 2 reds, then the wine option game and dessert served with a sticky or 2. Beverage is charged on consumption, with specific wines chosen to suit the meal. The Wine Maker introduces each wine and explains their background.
