This we could serve in the Brokenback Bar or Courtyard, enjoying the spectacular views and drinks can be purchased by your guest or a bar tab could be arranged. Our Chef would cook on the terrace and the food set-up on a buffet or served to the table with the below being an indicative menu option to choose from; served with breads, 4 meats, 3 salads & 1 dessert. Do not allow the above limit your choices, we are able to do whole fish, (or fillets) varieties of lamb, pork and other beef such as shashlik on skewers, quail, goat and numerous other interesting food.
We envisage some seating, but not necessarily everyone sitting down – creating a festive atmosphere. If you do want everyone sitting down consider it done; primarily on the veranda which is protected from the weather.
