When you can’t fly the first time:
- Overnight complimentary accommodation for two guests single, twin or double;

- Limited to a maximum of 5 complimentary rooms on any one night - each having to have booked an Up up & Away Package;
- In the event the flight was cancelled on the third attempt to fly a $50.00 accommodation rate is applicable. Above conditions apply;

Ballooning requirements:
To fly in a hot air balloon, you need to be fit and well. No person who has had recent surgery or has hip/knee/back problems can fly. Also, no pregnant ladies can fly. Minimum age to fly is 8+.
